10/29/24 – This is an original pre WW2 G Date Luger magazine. The G date Lugers were made in secret by Mauser prior to WW2 – and many were stamped with a W/154 proof or eagle/154. Similarly, this magazine has a 154 proof stamp on the base. There is also a serial number “2787”. The eagle/154 is very scarce and desirable marking. This magazine is in great overall condition, with only minor patina, and some small areas of pin pricking. The spring on this magazine is strong and fully functional.
