1/31/20 – This is a nice example of an all original Winchester M1 Garand that was produced in December of 1943. ¬The metal parts show minor thinning throughout but no major area of finish loss. ¬Faint inspectors marks are present on the left side of the stock, including GHD proof and crossed cannons cartouche. ¬Excellent bore, with muzzle reading a 3, and throat less than 1. ¬Original Boyt sling, which is ’43 dated. ¬Stock has several nicks or dings in it but no major cracks or chips.
