2/28/20 – This is a super rare Police Mauser P.38 rig that comes from the collection of Alex Krutzek, who wrote the book on P.38 pistols.There were only ~1,450 Police P.38s with ‘byf 43’ marked slides and Eagle/L proof.This is a variation 19b example, and there were only 550 of this specific variation produced as it also features E/135 acceptance stamps.The gun is all matching and original with only minor high edge wear on slide, muzzle and front strap.It’s in excellent condition overall, with a strong, shiny bore.Excellent grips.Walther magazine.Rig includes a spare magazine and an excellent police holster.
