10/17/24 – This is a rare variation G Date Luger magazine from early WW2 production. The magazine has a nickel tube and aluminum base. The base is stamped with an “S/42” which indicates this magazine was made as a field replacement. The magazine is also stamped with a rare droop winged eagle/154 proof stamp and serial number. This is a proof stamp associated with G Date production in 1935. The tube has a heavy patina with age wear, but no corrosion or pitting. Priced accordingly.Fully functional spring.
