3/15/24 – This is a scarce, early Colt Super .38 that was made in 1930, the 2nd year of production. It comes with a Colt factory letter that says this gun was shipped to Supplee-Biddle Hardware Company in Philadelphia on November 21, 1930. It has a rare, correct, un-marked, commercial barrel. Comes with one later magazine. The original, beautiful, high polish finish rates somewhere between 85-90%. There is a hint of muzzle wear and thinning on the grip straps. Spotty oxidation on the front strap as well. Fitted with minty wood grips. Stone-mint bore.
