11/20/19 – This is a very nice example of a rare find.It is a complete K Date Mauser Luger rig, with two original magazines, proper holster and tools.There were only 10,000 K Date Lugers produced, and many saw extensive action, so they are tough to find in this condition. The pistol is all matching and original with about 95% blue remaining,with high edge wear on the muzzle and side plate.There’s also some patination on the barrel and straps.It also retains about 80-90% of the original straw.The grips could be original to the gun based on fit but are unmarked.One of the magazines is a proper B90, though mismatched to the pistol.Both magazines are B90 proofed, thought one is likely slightly later for a G Date based off the serial.The other is only 38 digits away and has the K date ‘S’ on the bottom.The holster is in great shape and is sharply proofed with 1934 date, waffenamt and maker mark.Original W/154 proofed tool is present, which in and of itself is very hard to come by.The rig is completed by the correct, original cleaning rod.
