12/6/18 – This is a very rare 1936 Mauser Luger that was originally military issued but diverted to the police.It is estimated that only ~500 such Lugers were diverted.The pistol is all original and matching with 95-96% blue remaining, showing basic high edge wear and a some minor thinning on the straps.Small parts show decent straw, especially the trigger and takedown lever.All matching numbers, including the grips but not the magazine.Excellent bore.Police sear safety present.
