10/29/24 – This is a shooter-grade example of a rare and desirable Luger variation – the 1941/42 Mauser Luger. Only about 7,000 made, making them even rarer than the K date Luger. This one is mostly matching, but the sear bar, firing pin, and hold open are mismatched. It has the proper “Eagle 655” Nazi military proofs. There is very little actual finish loss, but the entire gun has been re-blued. Fitted replacement wood grips. Comes with a “122” “Eagle 37” magazine with a blank bottom that has been painted black. Electro-pencil numbering on the spine. The bore has decent rifling, but there is pitting throughout.
