11/11/24 – This is a excellent example of a Nuremberg German Combat Games Commemorative Medallion with Case. These were made from porcelain and were gold gilded and painted brown. The medallion has “DEUTSCHE KAMPFSPIELE N?úRNBERG, 1934Äù , which means, ÄúGERMAN COMBAT GAMES NUREMBERG, 1934”. This medallion has it’s original case which is marked on the inside “GEGEBEN VON DER STADT N?úRNBERG” which means, “GIVEN BY THE CITY OF NUREMBERG”.
