Description
11/4/24 – For sale is a K98k made by Gustloff Werke and Mauser in 1942. The rifle had been captured by Russian forces and refurbished. The rifle has the typical dark, almost black finish seen on Russian Capture rifles and the bolt has been force-matched to the receiver with e-pencil. The stock is in good condition with the serial number stamped on the side to match the receiver. There are some hair line cracks towards the buttplate visible. The bore is bright towards the beginning but gets dark towards the muzzle but has good rifling. There is an import mark on the bottom of the barrel.
