9/18/20 – This is a near-mint Smith & Wesson Victory Model from World War II.It is U.S. Property marked and G.H.D (Guy H. Drewry) inspector marked. The original finish is about 98-99% with a little bit of muzzle wear and a thin roll mark on cylinder.Minty bore. Made from 1942 to 1944, with a production run of ~500,000.They were standard issued side arms for US Navy and Marine air crews due to their size and ease of operation.It is .38 S&W special.Super smooth action.Comes with excellent, period original holster.
