Description
6/5/24 – This is an original US M1917 “Doughboy” helmet. The helmet is in great overall condition with original paint, interiorliner and chin strap. The interior rim is stamped “ZD 42”. The liner is intact, but it is showing its age. The size of “7 1/8” is still visible. The chin strap is somewhat stiff and shows age cracking, but it is still intact.
