Description
1/5/24 – This is a pair of WW2 original 7×50 Kriegsmarine U-Boat binoculars. The binoculars come as-shown with no case included. There’s an original leather carry strap attached to the binoculars, but the leather is stiff and fragile from age. The black rubber covers on each of the lenses, on both ends, is original and in great condition. There’s some natural cracking along the edges of the rubber, but the rubber is still pliable and in great overall condition (especially for its age). The exterior olive / tan paint is indicative of wartime production, and has a few small chips but is mostly intact. The optics are crisp and excellent!
