10/18/24 – This is an original k98 bayonet with a matching scabbard and frog. This bayonet’s blade is in excellent unsharpened condition with only minor scabbard wear near the tip. Marked, “9367i” with “jwh” on the other side. A nice handguard with moderate amounts of finish wear.The black grip is in great shape with only minor scratches. The pommel has some moderate amounts of patina throughout, marked with two waffen 251 proofs. The scabbard has marking that match those on the blade. The scabbard has some honest finish wear and patina with some mild oxidation but no major dents. The frog is in great shape with no markings.
