12/4/23 – This is an all matching and original Mauser C96 Broomhandle rig that was issued to the Imperial Army during WW1.Military acceptance proof on right side of receiver.Matching numbers throughout, including the original stock and grips.The bluing on the pistol rates at around 90% overall.There’s high edge wear in several areas but no major areas of bluing loss.There is some oxidation on a few different spots, with minor pitting around the muzzle, on the floorplate and front grip strap.Strong, shiny bore.Excellent grips with no notable defects.The stock has the proper Imperial proof on one side, and a couple of markings on the other side that we can’t discern.Thin surface crack around the push button release.
