10/8/24 – This is a Colt Model 1877 Double Action “Thunderer” Revolver, manufactured in 1882 and chambered in .41 Caliber. 6 inch barrel. It is all matching and has a factory-nickel finish. The nickel plating rates roughly 80%. The majority of the finish loss is around the muzzle, on the cylinder, and on the left side of the frame. Areas of oxidation and pin-pricking throughout. Comes fitted with hard rubber grips. The bore actually has excellent rifling, but there is spotty oxidation on the front half of the barrel. Fully functional. No FFL required.
