05/24/2024 – This is an authentic Springfield Armory M1D sniper rifle. Excellent condition with minor finish loss on gas tube. Receiver dates to June of 1943. Barrel is also a Springfield production, made in September of 1952. Nice stock with circle P on wrist. Minor scuffs and dings throughout. Terrific bore. It has an original M84 scope which has very good blue and clear optics. Listing includes the cheekpad and a canvas sling and the CMP certificate.
