5/31/23 – This is an excellent example of a Remington UMC Model 51, chambered in 7.65mm or .32 ACP. This is a Type II variation, characterized by having 15 slide serrations, “.32” stamped over “7.65mm” on the barrel, and the serial number starting with a “6”. Manufactured between 1923-25. The gun shows almost no signs of actual finish loss, just hints of wear on some of the high edges. However, there are some spots of oxidation and tiny pitting at the front left of the slide. Fitted with excellent black bakelite grips. Comes with one proper magazine. The bore has great rifling with some minor frosting in the grooves.
