11/7/17 – Here we have an excellent, original Colt M1911A1 from World War II. Manufactured in 1944, it has about 98% original bluing left. There are no notable areas of finish loss, just little spots here or there, or thinning of an edge. Proper inspector marks and P proofs on frame and slide. Nice grips that show only minor use. ‘L’ marked magazine. Excellent bore and the barrel is Colt .45 marked.
