2/5/20 – This is a nice example of a Government Model Colt 1911A1, made shortly after the features transitioned from 1911 to 1911A1.The serial dates it to 1925, and it has about 85% of the original Colt blue.The profile view is beautiful with minor edge wear and scuffs on the slide, but the front strap shows considerable thinning.Excellent wood grips.Two-tone magazine.Commercial barrel with polished ejection port and a mint bore.
