12/1/24 – For sale is a Canadian Long Branch No4 Mk1* Lee Enfield made in 1943. The rifle is well worn and not in typical “fresh from refurbishment” condition. The metal is worn down to bare metal with a layer of patina throughout. The wood furniture is in good condition without any active cracks or breaks. The top handguard has an arsenal repaired crack. The bore is on the somewhat dark but has sharp rifling. There is some pitting visible about 3 inches from the muzzle. The serial numbers on the bolt and receiver match but the magazine is mismatched. There is a very small import mark on the bottom of the barrel. The buttplate is slightly loose.
