The set of 12 Bohning ID 4.2 glue-on points is made of stainless steel for a durable and rust-resistant finish. This construction provides arrow with perfect and stable flight, year after year. Bohning parabolic points are suitable for arrows with an internal diameter of 0.166 inch (0.42164 cm) (commonly called 4mm). This model has two detachable weight sections of 10 grains (0.648 g) to find the adjustment point for each arrow. Its tight fit along the entire length of the point shaft ensures perfect alignment, while its evenly spaced grooves retain the appropriate amount of adhesive needed to keep the points in place. It is advisable to use smooth-jawed pliers to remove the weight sections to minimize wear on the point shaft. Indeed, they are designed so that their weight does not exceed 0.25 grain (0.017 g) of the indicated weight and be concentric (round) to 0.001 inch (0.025 mm).
