Description
11/4/24 – This is an extremely early style WW1 Springfield 1911 magazine. The magazine has a two-tone finish, and the base has a lanyard loop along with metal from the frame folded over the baseplate. This production method was only used during early production. The magazine finish is worn throughout, but this is normal patina, there is minor pitting near the feed lips, and front of the magazine. The spring is strong and functional.
